My husband and I are discovering that whether it be property (that we own and would like to rent or sell), publications (we each have a book out), or potential ministry areas, our most deficient area is marketing.
We would appreciate any helpful hints in ways to promote our endeavors.

Welcome back to bloggers land! Sounds as though you have been quite busy!
As to markteting--you have to be pretty proactive from what I've heart. Blog tours, writing on lots of others blogs, trying to get a marketing company to pick up your book to send it out in a flyer--see my friend's blog--Baubles from Bobbie that I have the link for on my site on the right. She wrote her own book and had a marketing group (Munce Marketing) pick it up--you could email her and ask how she did it. I think she sent the owner a copy and asked him to read it. I heard someone did that with the Author of the Shack. IS there someone you could send a copy to who would endorse your book? Can you send some free copies to some Christian bookstores and ask them to consider picking it up?
Is my blog dead, or just in a coma? I have gotten into it, but I haven't a clue how to update it. I don't really want to start all over, but I will if I have to. I tried putting requests into the 'help' arena, but I can't seem to get anything helpful to come up. Would appreciate your help AGAIN.
